Andy's mind can only be read if his limiter is on (which it is 99% of the time), but even then only vague surface level thoughts can be skimmed!
Additionally, Andy's own powers are of power negation, so if Anya ever gets overwhelmed by her own powers he can actually 'turn them off' for her for a bit... if you ever want to play around with that fhdfhf
